Dowd YMCA Half

I’m up, I’m up! 5:30am. Not so sure how I feel yet. I feel a little bloated but I have felt that way in the past and ran really well. It’s a coooold start! 37degrees now!! When the sun rises, we are expecting 43degrees by the race start and 56 by the end of the race. Not too bad I guess. Well gotta go. Better believe I will be calling on the Lord for this one!
